AI models at Reperio

Airline experience. Transparent models. Clearer decisions.

Reperio builds analytical models with frontier AI from Anthropic, including Claude, and OpenAI, under the direction of two principals with significant airline network planning, revenue analysis, and forecasting experience. The models work with data clients already own, schedule data, and U.S. DOT statistics.

We use AI on a dataset only when the provider’s licence permits it. Where it does not, we use conventional analysis. Assumptions and scenario controls are visible, so a network planner can inspect the reasoning and audit the result.

AI helps us build and query analytical tools. Airline expertise, statistical methods, and visible assumptions guide every analysis.

Senior expertise throughout. Assumptions you can inspect.

Route forecasting

Explore a route’s commercial potential with explicit methods and scenarios you can inspect.

Reperio Clarity

An interactive scenario planner for a specific route and carrier. Combine client origin and destination data with relevant DDS/MIDT, T100, and schedule data, subject to permissions. Adjust market share, demand stimulation, and capacity controls to inspect a Year 1 passenger, fare, and revenue case. Delivery in days depends on data readiness and scope. The output supports an auditable airline presentation.

Clarity Lite supports initial screening. Clarity Case develops the full business case.

Stimulation model

A regression model based on genuinely new U.S. international launches examines the metro area and the rest of the country separately, focusing on core operating months. Estimate additional demand from observed evidence rather than applying a generic uplift.

Connecting capture model

Compare a carrier’s market share with its share of nonstop capacity, separating local demand from demand originating behind the hub. Review feed and potential excess capacity month by month.

Example context: a large European airport.

Route business case

Bring demand analysis, route economics, and the premium cabin argument together in a complete airline business case. Example: a large European airport.

Minimum revenue guarantee model

Size a potential guarantee, estimate exposure, and define triggers under alternative scenarios. Understand the possible cost of support before making an offer.

Market intelligence

Find the patterns behind market changes and understand what they could mean for your airport, airline, or travel business.

T100 U.S. long haul database

Explore 30 years of U.S. DOT T100 segment history across carriers through plain English queries. Answer historical market questions quickly, with the underlying traffic record available for review.

U.S. Network & Traffic Monitor

Portfolio coverage: 3,600 routes, 88 U.S. gateways, and 186 carriers, with history from 2015 and a forward schedule year. Use route benchmarks, joint venture views, and gateway trends to understand network changes.

U.S. Airport Long Haul Scorecard

Compare a gateway’s long haul performance with its peers to identify relative strengths, changes in position, and questions for deeper market analysis.

DB1C O&D analysis

Use the 40% ticket sample to examine local demand, fares, and leakage patterns within its sample coverage.

Example context: a tertiary U.S. city.

Affluent demand map

Using U.S. Census household income data, we map households with annual income above $200,000. We combine this with economic output and airline access analysis to identify premium source markets, the gateways that reach them, and the carriers best placed to serve them.

Natural share model for secondary airports

A model tested across 18 dual airport metropolitan areas helps assess realistic share potential for a centrally located secondary airport. Interpret the result alongside local market evidence and operating constraints.

Earnings and capacity models

Organize quarterly airline results in network planner order: capacity, traffic, yield, revenue, and unit revenue. Interpret what changing numbers could mean for a client market soon after release. Explore capacity shocks, restructuring scenarios, and network studies, including Breeze, easyJet, and JetBlue where relevant.

Visualization and storytelling

Make network strategy and market change easier to grasp through clear visual narratives, maps, and motion.

Network animations

Communicate hub strategy quickly through stories such as “One day at a major U.S. hub”, “One night at an international hub”, and airline network evolution.

Transatlantic Sankey series

Compare 2016 with 2026 to reveal structural change. Sankey views and capacity versus unit revenue motion charts help explain how network scale and commercial performance move together.

Trajectory maps

Show geographic white space and potential next markets using regional views that make strategic options easier to discuss.

Reperio Map Studio
