TEAM
The people behind Reperio.
Airline commercial strategy and network planning, brought together - with the judgement to know how aviation decisions actually get made.

Louis de Joux
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Louis de Joux is an airline commercial strategy, sales, distribution, and market development specialist with 18 years of experience across airline leadership, travel, and aviation advisory roles.
He spent seven years at British Airways and ten years at American Airlines, holding roles across network planning, revenue management, finance, corporate sales, leisure sales, distribution, partnerships, and senior commercial leadership. At American Airlines, he served as Managing Director of Leisure Sales and later as Managing Director of Online and Leisure Sales and President of American Airlines Vacations, with responsibility for businesses representing approximately $10 billion in annual revenue.
Louis has particular depth in the U.S. travel market and in understanding how international air services are sold, distributed, and stimulated. His experience spans airline sales strategy, tour operators, travel advisors, online distribution, loyalty and commercial partnerships, premium leisure, and route launches. This demand-side perspective is especially valuable for airports seeking to understand not only whether a market exists, but how passengers will be acquired, which distribution channels matter, and what commercial actions can improve the performance of a new route.
At American Airlines, Louis led large commercial teams and businesses across leisure sales and distribution, helping strengthen the airline’s position in the U.S. leisure market and grow American Airlines Vacations. His work also included airline partnerships and joint ventures, including experience supporting relationships with Japan Airlines, China Southern, and Qatar Airways. Earlier, at British Airways, he worked in network planning and revenue management before moving into commercial roles, giving him first-hand experience of how airlines assess markets, price capacity, launch routes, and build demand.
Louis later served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Universal Studios Hollywood, broadening his experience across the wider travel and tourism ecosystem. Today, through Reperio, he advises airports and destinations on air service development, U.S. market strategy, route business cases, airline engagement, demand stimulation, sales, distribution, and new-route launch planning.

Daniel Snaebjornsson
STRATEGIC PARTNER
Daniel Snaebjornsson is an airline network planning, fleet strategy, and commercial planning specialist with more than 20 years of experience across airline leadership and aviation advisory roles.
He has held senior roles at PLAY, WOW air, and Icelandair, including Chief Network Officer at PLAY and Vice President Network Planning at WOW air. His experience covers long-range network strategy, route and airport feasibility, fleet and capacity planning, schedule design, route profitability, traffic forecasting, commercial due diligence, and financial modelling.
Daniel has particular depth in low-cost carrier strategy and airline growth planning. He understands how airlines assess network expansion, aircraft utilisation, unit costs, route profitability, fleet commitments, capital allocation, and downside risk. This airline-side perspective is especially valuable for airports seeking credible, commercially grounded business cases for new air services.
At PLAY, Daniel built the airline’s business plan, incorporating the network and growth plan, fleet assumptions, market analysis, and financial projections, and supported investor and board-level materials. He also developed route and network profitability models used to guide commercial decisions. At WOW air, he led network planning during growth from four to twenty aircraft, before helping reshape the route portfolio as market conditions changed. Earlier, at AviaSolutions, a GECAS-owned consultancy, he developed and reviewed airline and airport business plans, prepared traffic forecasts and route development studies, and supported investors and lenders on airport investment due diligence.
Working together
Louis and Daniel first met in 2005 while completing their MSc in Air Transport Management at Cranfield University. Their collaboration brings together airline commercial strategy, network planning, financial modelling, airport route development, and practical judgement on how aviation decisions are made by airlines, airports, investors, and boards.
